Sometimes life is just hard. Sometimes, there are no words to comfort a broken heart or a weary soul. As much as we may try to stay positive and truly believe everything is going to be okay, we also understand we are human. Many of us suffer with depression and anxiety and don’t tell anyone.
(men included)

I think many times, as Christians as believers, we are just expected to always be positive. We are expected to always be able to give an encouraging word. And after all we should just be able to pray it all away, right? And sometimes, we just get tired. Tired of always being the one to give everything to everyone.

If that’s you today.. let me do my best to encourage you. Are you ready?? “Its okay, to not be okay.” Let me say that again. “Its okay, to not be okay.”–You don’t have to have it all together, you don’t have to have all the answers, you don’t need to be everything to everyone! Even the most spiritual people you know, still struggle, they still have doubts and concerns. You are not alone.

So, if you need to have a pitty party, that’s okay. Eat your ice cream, or pizza or both… have a good cry for as long as you need to. But then my friend, try not to stay there, Get up, wash your face and know that you truly are not alone. God knows, and He understands you, even when no one else does. But please don’t feel bad about not feeling spiritual enough, or feeling like you cant keep it all together all the time. It really is okay to not be okay. Just breathe….Papas got you!
And tomorrow…
Well, my friend, it’s a brand new day with no mistakes in it😁
